Easily track and calculate your working hours, plannings, and agendas with iziTime. This work time tracker and management software allows you to count overtime and extra hours. You can conveniently print your PDF timesheets and time tables, and export them via email, Cloud, Google Drive, or any spreadsheet software like Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
- Efficient Time Tracking: Clock in and clock out each day and week using the calendar screen. Record arrival time, departure time, breaks, comments and notes, and hourly rate. You can create and use predefined hour templates for different schedules.
- Overtime Calculation: The overtime wizard automatically calculates extra and overtime hours in just one click. The total duration is determined by subtracting the worked hours from the expected hours.
- Detailed Reports: Generate printable reports and PDF timesheets with total worked hours per planning, day, month, or year. You can save your hours to any spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets, Excel, Numbers, or OpenOffice (csv-friendly).
- Flexible Settings: Modify the daily paid hourly rate (e.g., 120% paid) and add comments and notes to save tasks, days off, holidays, sickness, duty, business trips, meals expenses, and mileage expenses.
- Compatible for Various Schedules: Our calendar accommodates different types of schedules or jobs including shift work (morning week, afternoon, evening, and night), office job with shifted and variable hours, freelancers invoicing time spent for each client and activity (one planning per customer), sport activity tracking, social working, and school timetable.

Frequently asked questions:
- How to clock in and clock out my working hours? Click on your planning/schedule, then choose the arrival time, departure time, and unpaid breaks. Slide the screen to the left to add comments, overtime, and hourly rates. Use the button located at the top right of the screen to automatically calculate your extra and overtime hours.
- How to print or export time tables? Go to Schedule, Menu, and then Reports. Click the top-left button.
- How to create and use a model or week type? Go to Menu, then Templates, and select Create. Once on your schedule, click the top-right button and choose "Load from a template".
- How to manage multiple different agendas? Visit the Plannings page and click the "+" button.
- Where are my data stored? Your data is only stored on your smartphone, so it is recommended to regularly export them to Dropbox or manually by email in CSV format.
